I'm a passionate, dedicated Holistic Psychotherapist and Holistic Life Coach, committed to authentic, organic healing journeys — and I truly care about you and your best interests.
I offer a holistic, cutting-edge approach to mental health and unique coaching programs. They're for people who've lived with years — sometimes a lifetime — of stagnation, and for anyone who needs a deep dive into anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, anger, relationship issues, life changes and traumatic or critical life events.
As a lifelong learner, I didn't stop at a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from NYU, or the Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine before it. I keep studying the neurology and subconscious mind that underpin human behavior.
